Description/Blazon
Upon a blue field with borders of gold fringe and blue piping above center the 81st Regional Support Command's shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) in proper colors edged gold and ornamented with two miniature drumsticks.  Beneath the SSI are embroidered dogwood blossoms.  All below two white scrolls with gold trim, the first inscribed "208TH" and the second "ARMY BAND."

Symbolism
The 81st Regional Support Command's insignia is displayed on all four items of the regalia.  The dogwood blossom represents the state of North Carolina where the Band trains.
